Probably thinking sometimes retirement should be planned
How awful I am at planning anything
I think lots of people do like to plan what they will do in retirement and perhaps what they will have to give up and how they will fill the time when not working several hours a day.
I think when our children left home I thought what am I going to do now, but a few years later I can't keep up with all there is to do and it just sits there.
I do studiously come and do my websites though and think what should I write an article about to promote them. I think I thought this might be something I could do in the future, but maybe it will get too hard then.
We did buy a unit once thinking it will be good for retirement, but we didn't keep it long. It was a middle one and the man at the back kept worrying about a dripping tap we had. It wasn't a great success and we sold it fairly quickly. I have lived at a retirement type residential park, but it isn't as good as a house although keeping up with the maintenance keeps me busy and I don't do a lot.
